We're Kathi and Janina — two sisters from Germany who traded office desks and grey winters for the Pacific coast of Panama. In 2021 we opened Happy Corner, a little beach bar and restaurant right on the sand in Punta Chame.
It was meant to be a fresh start. It turned into a whole new life.
The wind pulled us in. We learned to kitesurf, fell in love with it, and opened our own kite school in the garden behind the bar. But Ocean Souls was never just about kiting — it became a community of people who live for the sea.
