We are located right in front of the Main Kite Beach in the heart of Punta Chame. We only walk a few steps until pumping the kite. Find us HERE - in the backyard of our cozy Beach Bar & Restaurant Happy Corner.

At Ocean Souls Panama, we focus on safe, high-quality instruction and personal progress. Our lessons are private or semi-private, using radio headsets so your instructor stays in contact with you at all times. Whether you’re a complete beginner or refining advanced maneuvers, every session is adapted to your level and energy, ensuring that you learn with confidence and flow.

Your first session starts right on the beach, using the newest soft-kite technology to make learning easy, safe, and fun. Once you’re comfortable controlling the kite, we head to the water to practice step-by-step exercises until you master your first rides. Our goal is to help you progress efficiently, safely, and joyfully — feeling the power of the wind and the freedom of the ocean.

HOW IT WORKS:

Each session with your certified instructor lasts 1.5–2 hours, depending on wind and your personal energy. If the conditions aren’t suitable or you feel tired, we pause and continue another time — ensuring you always learn in the best and safest conditions. We plan lesson times around the daily wind forecast and tides.

Already have experience? Perfect! We’ll take you from your current level to the next, focusing on smooth technique and confidence.

PRICES & PACKAGES

  • Private Coaching

    80$ per hour

    600$ for 8 hours

    (Includes full gear, certified instructor & radio headset)

  • Partner Coaching

    110$ per hour for 2 people

    The first 4 hours can be shared between 2 beginners - after that students need to take private lessons

  • Advanced Lessons

    65$ per hour

    The kiter will bring their own gear, we will provide the radio headset for best possible progress.

KITE EQUIPMENT RENTAL & ASSISTANCE

Every day, dependent on the tides and wind forecast, we have 1-2 session where you can rent our kitesurfing equipment and we go out all together to have fun on the water. We help you launch and make sure you are safe out there. Prices are per session which will be 2-3 hours long:

Full Kite Equipment: 60$

Kite & Bar: 40$

Kite Board: 20$

Foil Board: 30$

Harness: 10$

If you are not able to stay upwind by yourself, can't recover your board or still don't feel safe going out by yourself, we offer a personal assistant going out with you:

+10$ per hour

If we feel like you are not safe and need more instructions, we will ask you to take lessons with one of our certified instructors until you can safely practice with our assistant.

It is all about your safety - we want to assure you have the best time on the water, feeling safe and confident until you are totally independent.

We don't offer weekly packages. You pay exactly what you use and if there is no wind you don't pay anything. We feel like this is a fair way for all of us.

JOIN ONE OF OUR KITESURFING ADVENTURES:

  • Sand Banks

    Around full- or new moon, when the tide is super low, the sandbanks in front of Taborcillo Island transform into kitesurfing heaven. Join us on the boat to enjoy this flat water paradise safely.

    Price 25$ per person.

  • Downwinder Trip

    Discover the wild coast, pass the small and big lagoon downwind from our main kite beach and end in our beautiful river mouth 7km away from Punta Chame. Get picked up with the car.

    Price 15$ per person.

  • No Wind Activities

    When there is no wind we offer boat tours to our beautiful islands or other fun things to do in the area. Check out our "NO WIND ACTIVITY GUIDE" to find out what Punta Chame has to offer besides kitesurfing.

WHAT TO BRING & HOW TO PAY

Please bring water, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, bathing clothes, a long-sleeve lycra shirt, a towel, and socks for comfort in your protection shoes.

For additional protection from the sun, the harness and the occasional jelly fish, we highly recommend to wear normal sports leggings. This will give you more comfort in your lesson. We also have some for rent in the school.

Payments need to be made directly after your class. You can either pay the hourly rate or decide to purchase our discounted package.

You can pay in cash (there is no ATM in Punta Chame), credit card (+7%) converted into Euro or Yappy (for residents)
